SUMMARY
Serving one of Vallejo's most active commercial zones, Admiral Callaghan Lane between, Redwood Parkway and Tuner Parkway, received new layers of asphalt after concrete curb ramps were upgraded in compliance with requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Flexibility in the project budget allowed for additional paving to turner Parkway as well as paving between Redwood Parkway and Rotary Way.
