MANDATORY COMMERCIAL RECYCLING (AB 341)
Per California State law AB 341, effective July 1, 2012:
- All businesses and public entities that generate four cubic yards or more of solid waste per week are required to must have a recycling program
- Multi-family dwellings with 5 or more units, regardless of weekly waste generated, are also required to have a recycling program.
