Update:
Project funds contracted with a culinary chef to conduct four training sessions with VCUSD nutritional staff over the course of the 2015-16 school year. Training sessions focus on developing recipes and ensuring kitchen and food safety.
The project leveraged an additional $7,000+ of in-kind contributions from VCUSD.
