Downtown Parking Options & Fees
The Downtown paid parking facilities include Lots D, H, I, J, K, L and M, and are outlined in yellow on this map. Downtown parking is available in hourly, daily, monthly, and annual increments.

Downtown parking facilities are accessible 24/7/365, and are enforced Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Evenings (6 p.m. to 9 a.m.) and weekends are free. Overnight and multiple-day parking is permitted, as long as the duration of time parked is paid for. Monthly fees are valid for one full calendar month, and are not prorated.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You will need your license plate number for all transaction methods:
Kiosk: Pay hourly, daily and monthly fees in the parking lots and Ferry Building. Kiosks accept Visa and MasterCard. Only the kiosk in the Ferry Building accepts cash; exact payment is required, change is not given. Enter your mobile number upon purchase to activate expiration notifications and to extend parking sessions via text message.
Online: Pay monthly fees by clicking here. Monthly accounts setup and paid for online allow for additional options such as auto-renew and auto-pay features, as well as the option to add additional license plate numbers. Kiosks do not offer these options.
Smartphone: Pay hourly and daily fees via the Parkmobile smartphone app. You can extend parking sessions remotely via this method should you need additional time. (Parkmobile Downtown zone code: 6791)
DOWNTOWN RESIDENT DISCOUNT
Downtown monthly parking fees are discounted for residents who provide proof of identification and downtown residency. Waterfront parking fees are not discounted. Applications for Downtown residents are available here, and may be submitted electronically, by emailing the completed application along with corresponding documents to [email protected]. All documents listed are subject to verification by the City, and may be requested annually after the parking account has been established, and/or one month prior to documentation expiration, when applicable.
Downtown Street Sweeping
