When you make an application, we’ll need to know details about the type of work you plan to carry out, the number of square feet involved, and whether you or a contractor are going to do the work.
The cost of the building permit will be based on the type of work, the number of inspections required, and the square feet of the home improvement project.
Each permit is good for 180 days.
